Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST Time) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)

We’re looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our friendly Business Services team. This role gives you hands-on experience across compliance, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory work for a wide variety of clients. You’ll learn directly from experienced managers and be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships & Sole Traders
  
• Manage bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliation, invoicing, payroll and journal entries in XERO
  
• Support managers with tax planning, GST, CGT, FBT, Division 7A, payroll tax & land tax matters
  
• Communicate with clients and stay on top of your workflow and budgets
  
• This is a genuine development role with the ability to take on more responsibility as you grow.
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2+ years in business services with an Australian accounting firm
  
• Degree qualified
  
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  
• Good communication skills and the confidence to communicate with clients
  
• Experience with XERO, XPM, Quick Books, FYIDocs (an advantage, not essential)

We are seeking a capable and detail driven Accountant to join our corporate team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial operations across multiple projects and business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong commercial insight as we continue to grow. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, operations and project teams, contributing to financial performance and business decision making.
