Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Location: Remote- Philippines candidates only

Candidate will work from home anywhere in Philippines.

Equipment will be provided

Salary range, based on experience: 35k to 40k total package

M-F

Weekends- Off

Night Sift- 8 hours


Job duties:

The Recruiter’s duties and responsibilities include the ability to build relationships with candidates that prove fruitful overtime; building a virtual bench of ready candidates for the clients we serve. Coordinate communication with compliance team for onboarding purposes to client and AgileOne policies and procedures. In this role, you will need to read potential candidates for an excellent cultural fit and engage candidates to work for our client. Strong communication skills are a core of success in this role since you will often act as the point of communication between hiring managers, clients and candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full life cycle recruiting support for our client's locations.
  • Create Job ads and talent attractions strategies.
  • Report on Recruitment results/effectiveness and stats as needed.
  • Accurately gather and discover necessary hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling), if applicable.
  • Manage and track all requisition and candidate activity.
  • FUP notice consent to Check. Conduct reference and background checks (if applicable at client location)
  • Extend offers and facilitate negotiation (if applicable at client location)
  • Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner.
  • Research markets, companies, teams, and role types based on industry, financial state, recent acquisitions, and market events to drive sourcing strategies for current or upcoming roles.
  • Build pipelines of qualified and underrepresented candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the industry. Create and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
  • Use high-quality qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Produce weekly and monthly reports of KPIs.
  • Prepare candidate for the interview and fix resumes when is needed.
  • To work openings mass, administrative and professional roles. Since Direct Hires, Temp to Perm and Temp.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client/Candidate Satisfaction Survey distribution (twice a year), if applicable.
  • Training participation.
  • Follow up with candidates via 4x30 calls, call back interviewed candidates in the last month to offer new job ops for AgileOne and sister companies’ social media.
  • Report KPIs needed for Screening, Interviews, Submissions and Starts/Placements.
  • ATS registers for candidates in timely manner.
  • Other reporting as indicated.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Internet recruiting systems to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics.
  • Able to create reports and interpretate the data obtained from Oanet or any other ATS.
  • In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to direct source, creation of effective Boolean strings, and identification of passive potential candidate.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting is essential. Delivering candidates swiftly is crucial, as a quick turnaround with quality candidates is key to our clients' success.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously and handling a variety of role types, including mass recruitment, professional, administrative, technical, scientific, and IT talent.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, equivalent or related field desired.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3 years of experience in recruiting to include sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Proficient in reading and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical guidelines, and regulatory documents. Experienced in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Effective at presenting information and addressing inquiries from managers, clients, and the general public.
