Position: Service Desk Analyst Company Industry: BPO Company Work Location: Quezon Ave Quezon City Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule Salary: Php 30,000 (Package) Work Set-Up: Full Onsite JOB REQUIREMENTS: Open to Bachelor’s Degree, High School Graduates, and Undergraduates. At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk (Hardware and Software) Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent Ability to work in Shifting Schedule. Willing to work ONSITE. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide L1 technical support for IT-related queries via phone, email, and chat.
