Job description

🅾️ Who We Are: O!Save is a hard discount neighborhood supermarket chain established in 2021. We offer essential, high-quality products at consistently low prices to local communities across the Philippines and Indonesia. Our mission is to restore buying power and make quality living affordable for everyone.


What You'll Do:

  • You will own end-to-end purchasing and product development for your category
  • You will source suppliers, negotiate terms, develop specifications and launch O!Save private label products
  • You will build and manage a targeted assortment aligned with customer needs and hard discount purchasing principles
  • You will negotiate high-impact supply agreements and cultivate vendor partnerships across local and international supplier networks


What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail purchasing, or food related buying
  • Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization
  • Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven purchasing decisions
  • Willingness to visit plants and production facilities to ensure quality standards
  • Flexibility to work in our Distribution Center in Taytay Rizal, Philippines and travel to supplier locations when needed
