𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Rank & File) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Provide end-to-end administrative support to senior executives
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain records, files, and confidential documents with high accuracy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and support leadership initiatives as required
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
