A modern creative hybrid, this role will be key in transforming TCCC’s social work in ASP, focusing on integrated social creative development and delivery, as well as selling, of the social media ideas, content and activation for TCCC multi-market Charters in the region. This is an opportunity work with ambitious clients and on some of the world’s greatest brands.
It needs somebody that can see the bigger picture and craft a compelling narrative internally and with the client, but that can also go deep – to the current social behaviors and ideas, as is often the case with social. Important to see how ideas can scale on social across different markets.
What You’ll Do
- Must instinctively think social and have experience of all aspects of the digital comms mix including digital, social, content, and video.
- Responsible for the scaling lead market social ideas across ASP, bring consistency in direction and execution of all social creative output.
- Know social (platforms, specs, trends) without needed a listening report or a reminder of best practices from Meta – they know these things intuitively
- Work closely with the integrated Creative team, social strategists, Client Lead and E2E/media team to get to the right briefs that deliver remarkable and innovative ideas.
- Help drive ‘social-first idea led’ creative solutions that utilize the full benefits of the addressable channels available.
- Ensure creative executions meet the highest standard of craftsmanship.
- Convince clients and internal stakeholders that their proposed ideas and content are on brief and fit for platform
- Have a strong understanding of brands – how big ideas and distinctive brand assets work and are critical for building a social brand
- While usually the OU social creative will be working alongside other creatives and in-market creators, they’re able, when necessary, to create and produce social video content on their own
