Job Description We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Non-Voice Account to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support via chat or email. This role is perfect for candidates who prefer written communication over calls while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
