Job description
The Role:

As a Recruiter (Non IT), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for various non-technical positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Team Structure: You will work closely with HR and department heads to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.


Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of recruitment expertise and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Understanding of various non-technical roles and industries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
