RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administrative Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
- Manage company documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Supervise administrative staff and support departments.
- Ensure efficient use of office resources and facilities.
Compliance Management
- Ensure company compliance with government regulations, permits, and licenses.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Maintain compliance with documentation and reports.
Policy and Procedure Implementation
- Develop and update administrative and compliance policies.
- Implement internal control systems to reduce operational risks.
- Ensure company SOPs are properly implemented.
Audit and Risk Management
- Conduct internal compliance audits and inspections.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting the organization.
Training and Awareness
- Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of accountability and regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or any related field.
- 7 years or above of experience in administration, compliance, regulatory affairs, or office management.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, knowledge of regulatory compliance, policy development, documentation management, auditing, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Compliance management training, internal audit certification, or business / legal compliance certification. (Preferred)
