The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs and align with organizational objectives. The role bridges business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable deliverables that drive successful project outcomes.Gather and analyze business requirements – Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Document functional and non-functional specifications – Prepare BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing. (~20%)
Facilitate stakeholder alignment – Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and business units to ensure shared understanding of requirements. (~15%)
Support solution design and validation – Work with technical teams to confirm feasibility and validate solutions against requirements. (~15%)
Perform gap analysis and process mapping – Identify process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives. (~10%)
Assist in UAT and quality checks – Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate deliverables meet business expectations. (~10%)
Support continuous improvement – Encourage Agile best practices, team collaboration, and process enhancements to improve delivery outcomes.
