The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies specifically focused on general trade retailer. The role is in-charge of driving brand visibility, increasing product distribution, and maximizing sales opportunities within the general trade retail sector.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related programs.
With at least 5 - 7 years of trade marketing experience handling food and beverage FMCG products
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop trade marketing plans aligned with category strategies, sales targets, and retail channel.
Evaluate retail channel performance backed by market data as anchor in driving the retail channel performance.
Design activities for retail channel to grow market share, penetration, and category performance.
Lead the creation and deployment of trade promotions, in-store activations, sampling events, and seasonal campaigns.
Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of promo activities and provide recommendations thereafter.
Develop retail execution standards and oversee deployment of visibility assets.
Ensure strong product availability and presence across retail channel.
Support and align the overall strategies and initiatives to grow the retail channel.
