Position: Mandarin Translator Industry: Financial Technology Firm Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm) Salary: Negotiable Set-up: Work Onsite BENEFITS: - 13th Month Pay - Government Mandated Benefits - Sick leave and Vacation leave - HMO - Other allowances - Other benefits will be discussed during the interview. REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: - Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English. - Undergraduates or Highschool graduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage. - With knowledge in translating documents in English and Mandarin. - Strong translation skills (English and Mandarin). - Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB: - Translate documents accurately from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring clarity, consistency, and proper context. - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. - Assist in scheduling meetings and events, and prepare detailed minutes and reports as needed. - Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. - Conduct thorough research on documents, terminology, and linguistic styles to support high-quality and accurate translation work.
