🎯 Lead the subsidiary's strategic direction and operational execution

🔍 Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
🛠️ Implement best practices to enhance business processes
📈 Prepare detailed reports for senior management on performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
✅ Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
✅ Minimum of(3)years of managerial experiencein a power generation or energy solutions company
✅ Must have proven track record insolar power projects, power contracting services, energy solutions, and retail electricity supply (RES)
✅ Must have strong leadership capabilities with experience inteam management, talent development, and operational oversight
✅ Demonstrated ability to drive business growth by acquiring new accounts, managing client relationships, and leading sales operations, with strong expertise in sales management and contract negotiation.
