Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account Metro Manila | Onsite Telesys BPO About Telesys BPO Telesys is growing! Job Description We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account to assist patients, members, and healthcare providers with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and healthcare services. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound healthcare-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email - Assist with benefit explanations, eligibility verification, and claims status - Provide accurate and compliant information while following healthcare policies - Document customer interactions accurately in the system - Escalate complex or sensitive concerns when necessary - Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards Work Schedule & Training: - Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Full paid healthcare account and compliance training provided What to expect: - Detail-oriented and compliance-driven environment - Opportunity to support meaningful healthcare services Requirements: - High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus) - Good English communication skills -Strong attention to detail and customer service skills - Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability - Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila - Amenable to shifting schedules Why Work for Us?
