Your role:
Supporting the internal Branding and Design Team by producing high-quality graphic design artworks, visuals and short videos for packaging, marketing and in-store materials, using the appropriate design software and systems, and delivering all assigned tasks accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
Design and develop artworks for packaging, point-of-sale materials, in-store stands, brochures, flyers, signage, livery and fridge branding as per briefs from the Branding and Design Team.
Create web banners and PowerPoint templates in line with brand guidelines.
Develop product 3D mockups to visualize packaging and marketing materials.
Produce simple video animations for LED screens and web, and carry out minor video editing when required.
Receive, track and submit tasks through Trello, keeping task statuses, comments and files updated.
Select and use appropriate images from Shutterstock for projects, observing license terms.
Generate images and other assets using Adobe Firefly or similar generative AI models, and refine them for production use.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Firefly and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to produce accurate, print-ready and digital-ready artworks.
Apply feedback and revisions promptly and communicate clearly on any queries, issues or delays.
Check artworks for accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines before submission.
Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines, escalating any risks early.
Maintain organized files and follow agreed file naming, handover and archiving practices.
Contribute ideas and suggest creative solutions to improve designs, visuals and processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Branding and Design Team.
What You Need
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat and Adobe Firefly.
Working knowledge of Trello or similar task management tools.
Good knowledge of computers.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Graphic design expertise.
Knowledge and understanding of various marketing requirements.
Ability to resolve issues and suggest solutions.
Good team player and hard working.
A fast learner of new ideas; innovative.
Experience
4–5 years of experience in a graphic design environment or agency.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Creative Arts, Multimedia or similar field.
Familiarity with generative AI image tools.
Familiarity with Shutterstock or similar stock libraries.
Basic video animation and editing skills.
Experience in graphic design, layout and photography.
Experience in packaging development.
Experience in multimedia.
Marketing exposure is a plus.
