This is a remote position.
We are seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support automation and CRM operations for a lead generation platform in the home improvement industry. This role focuses on managing and optimizing workflows, ensuring seamless lead flow, and maintaining efficient communication with clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in GHL, with the ability to proactively manage automations and support client communication through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain GHL workflows, pipelines, automations, and CRM updates
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot automations for lead generation and follow-ups
• Handle client communication and follow-ups via WhatsApp professionally and promptly
• Monitor incoming leads and ensure proper routing, tagging, and assignment
• Support campaign setup, triggers, and sequences within GHL
• Identify and resolve workflow or automation issues quickly
• Maintain accurate records across client accounts and internal systems
Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of CRM management, automations, pipelines, and campaigns
• Experience supporting lead generation or sales processes
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
• Experience in lead generation or home improvement industry
• Familiarity with SMS, email, and multi-channel follow-ups in GHL
• Client-facing support or account coordination experience
• Knowledge of process improvement and automation optimization
• Experience with reporting, pipeline tracking, or lead metrics
