Company Nurse

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional who is passionate about employee wellness and workplace safety? We are looking for a Company Nurse to support our organization by providing quality healthcare services and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. What You’ll Do: ▪ Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of occupational health services ▪ Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements ▪ Maintain and manage medical records, equipment, and health programs ▪ Coordinate with healthcare providers, partners, and external stakeholders ▪ Provide first aid, emergency care, and basic healthcare services to employees ▪ Administer and monitor medicines and maintain inventory of medical supplies ▪ Assist employees with healthcare benefits, including HMO and government-related benefits ▪ Support pre-employment, annual physical exams, and return-to-work clearances ▪ Prepare and maintain accurate medical reports and documentation ▪ Organize health programs, wellness activities, and employee awareness initiatives ▪ Conduct home visits when necessary for employees unable to report to work ▪ Assist in HR-related functions as needed What We’re Looking For: ▪ Registered Nurse (with valid license) ▪ At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (BPO, clinic, or hospital) ▪ Knowledge of occupational health standards and workplace safety ▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ▪ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information ▪ Willing to work on a graveyard shift and during holidays If you're ready to grow your career in healthcare and make a meaningful impact on employee well-being, we’d love to hear from you!
