Benefits: Competitive Salary + Commission HMO/Health Insurance Rice Allowance 13th Month Pay 5-day Workweek Key Responsibilities SALES DEVELOPMENT (50%): Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) Identify and qualify potential clients Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers Set meetings and appointments for RMs Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation target SALES ADMINISTRATION (50%): Prepare and maintain sales reports and trackers Update and manage CRM systems and prospect database Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, customer care ) Monitor installations status and support sales execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage Comfortable with both client-facing and administrative tasks
