We're looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong backend development expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and experience working across the full software development lifecycle. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production and application issues.
• Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, QA teams, and business users.
• Contribute to change requests, application enhancements, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support technical knowledge transfer and provide guidance to team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Java 8 and newer versions, particularly Java 17 or above.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
• Strong background in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with application analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong SQL and database experience, preferably MySQL.
• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Full Stack Development.
• Good working knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as:
  • React
  • Angular
  • Vue.js
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with:
  • JSP / JSF
  • Apache Tomcat
  • Maven or Ant
  • Azure DevOps or TFS
  • API integrations and enterprise systems
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives.
