Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Representative, located in Pasig. The Technical Support Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution. The role requires clear communication, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to contribute to a high level of service excellence.
