We are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Manager （onsite role）to lead and manage our training programs for online English teachers. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality instruction across our platform, supporting teacher onboarding, ongoing development, and pedagogical excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in online English education for kids, team leadership, and training design tailored to virtual teaching environments.
