Key responsibilities:

• Response all finance calls in professional manner and guide them accordingly.
• Prepare and process of daily Customers Transactions Refund Requests in Company Data Portal and Acquirers Portal.
• Work with various data file, sort out with intermediate level excel skills
• Update Clients data base. i.e. - Bank account change, contact details update.
• Assisting AP & AR with day to day data entry support.
• Response Clients query over the phone and pass to relevant department.
• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting related journals in finance system.
• Respond in an efficient and courteous manner to all queries from both internal and external customers

Qualifications:

• Proficient and fluent spoken English is required, as the role will involve handling finance-related calls and raising tickets based on the queries received.
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency
