Facilities and Maintenance Technician

Facility and Maintenance Technician performs installation, troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance of plant facilities & production machine/equipment.

• Facilities Equipment Maintenance performs plant facilities equipment preventive, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Production Equipment Maintenance performs production equipment preventive, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Molding Machine maintenance performs troubleshooting, repair and regular maintenance of injection molding machines including auxiliary equipment.
• manages contractors, leads company subcontractor & supplier work, ensure all work complete on time, and meet company safety & environment procedure;
• performs regular PM on all identified equipment and areas based on set schedule and frequency;
• performs simple electrical, mechanical, civil works/installation to support operations sustainability, relay-out/ expansion and any improvement initiative;
• maintains healthy & safe working environment and ensures all Fire Safety equipment are well maintained;
• performs proper record and documentation for all management systems;
• attends in-house/external training and apply on jobs; and
• upkeeps high standard of housekeeping.

Educational Background:

• At least with two (2) years Vocational degree (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics)
• High School Diploma with minimum of five (5) years’ experience in similar setup

Knowledge:

• Basic electrical and mechanical installation.
• Can interpret drawings and diagrams.
• Familiar with PLC and machine parameter adjustment for equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge in facility equipment and different type of equipment in electronics manufacturing.

Work Schedule:

At least 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
