As E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist, your essential job responsibilities will include the following:
E-Commerce & Marketing Operations
● Conduct daily reviews and performance analyses of the P&L and on-site metrics, identifying trends, challenges,
and opportunities to enhance DTC performance.
● Manage core metrics including revenue, ad spend, and profit, providing actionable insights to support growth
initiatives.
● Develop and present business improvement recommendations to optimize promotions, pricing strategies, and
site experience.
● Oversee payment provider operations to ensure seamless transactions, resolve issues, and manage
relationships while evaluating provider performance.
● Track and analyze promotional effectiveness, collaborating with pricing and finance teams to optimize for
customer experience and profitability.
● Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email,
and content marketing.
● Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for
optimization.
● Perform website content updates and maintenance to ensure site accuracy and optimal user experience.
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
● Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis.
● Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and DTC business models.
● Strong ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
