Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Davao, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales meetings, and preparing performance reports. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with other departments to ensure alignment in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and evaluate team performance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience in building long-term client relationships
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and team performance
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships effectively
- Ability to work on-site in Davao City and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in BPO required
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
