Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Serve as the primary product advocate and subject-matter expert for the products assigned within the portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective marketing plan, ensuring strategies are implemented within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of all factors affecting assigned products, including market competition, pricing dynamics, government regulations, drugstore activity, and distribution channels.
  • Support the Training Manager in creating product training materials and curricula for new sales team members, and participate in the delivery of relevant training sessions.
  • Conduct regular engagements with assigned Sales Teams to reinforce, update, and enhance product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders within relevant medical specialties.
  • Prepare and update the monthly rolling sales forecast for assigned products.
  • Execute tasks and projects assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager that contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as required by management to support overall business objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (CNS)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
  • At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer literate with solid presentation skills
  • Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
