Project Delivery & Business Analysis Manager
Overview of Responsibilities and Expectations for the Role
The Project Delivery & Business Analysis Manager plays a dual role in leading strategic project
execution and driving business analysis excellence.
This hybrid professional ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with
business objectives, while also translating business needs into actionable insights, user stories,
and technical specifications.
The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement across crossfunctional
teams and evolving priorities.
Project Management & Delivery
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources,
and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans to meet changing priorities.
Oversee solution development and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals
and quality standards.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder and vendor meetings to maintain transparency and resolve
issues. Provide timely updates through status reports, risk logs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, including Business Product Owners, SBS
Business Partners, and local market teams.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and share findings.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements Engineering & User Story Development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional
requirements.
• Translate business needs into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria,
aligned with the “Definition of Ready.”
• Conduct gap analysis and refine user stories based on feedback from development and
testing teams.
• Support business acceptance and testing through creation of test cases and functional
documentation.
Solution Design & Validation
• Partner with technical teams, Delivery Owners, and Solution Architects to design and
validate solutions.
• Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and scripts.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze business data and Salesforce design to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Process & System Harmonization
• Drive harmonization of business processes, data models, and system implementations
across markets.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service
quality.
• Support change management and process reengineering initiatives.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
• Develop PMO-standard project documentation such as but not limited to Project Charter,
Project Management Plan, RAID logs, and other PMO-required artifacts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, process flows, user stories, and
training materials.
• Provide coaching and support to team members on user story writing and business analysis
practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to the refinement of business analysis and
project delivery standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills for the Project Delivery & Business Analysis Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce or enterprise systems environment.
