Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team at a direct-to-consumer bridal shop. This role is ideal for both mid-level and senior-level candidates who are passionate about leveraging paid advertising strategies to elevate our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with our marketing goals.
Strategic Input: Provide strategic direction and creative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our paid advertising efforts, moving beyond simple task execution to generate impactful results.
Creative Solutions: Develop innovative advertising strategies that capture the attention of potential customers and resonate with our target audience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform adjustments and improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate advertising strategies with broader marketing initiatives and brand goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving successful advertising results.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically about campaign objectives, audience targeting, and creative direction.
Creative Mindset: A passion for developing creative and engaging ad content that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target customers.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to both team members and stakeholders.
