Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee branding, content creation, social media, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Organize and support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• People management experience is required.
