We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

💼 Role: Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst
What You'll Do:
🎯 Perform and review posting of customer payments for local, export, trade, non-trade, and intercompany transactions.
🎯Perform clearing of advances, cash float, cancelled invoices, and deferred accounts.
🎯 Manage promo, penalty, returns, and unfulfilled clearing activities.
🤝 Handle customer claims, admin fees, and trucking charge transfers to AP.
📝Process debit and credit memos and ensure correct account postings.
📝Issue and print official receipts, sales invoices, and credit memos.
📝Prepare weekly overdue scorecard (WOS) and aging reports.
📝Prepare ARO reports, scorecards, and channel-wise aging analysis.
📝Prepare weekly overdue response report (WORR) and monitoring feedback reports.
📝Prepare deferred accounts reports for promo, penalty, returns, and unfulfilled balances.
📝Prepare intercompany sales invoices and reconciliation support.
📝Prepare unliquidated employee advances report.
🤝Support month-end close and ensure all AR postings are completed on time.
🤝Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries related to AR.
🤝Support audits and internal control checks.
🤝Guide analysts on transaction processing and system usage.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
✅ 3–5 Years Experience in Finance & Accounting
✅ Strong hands-on AR experience in SAP S/4HANA.
✅Strong understanding of clearing, adjustments, and deferred revenue processes.
✅Good understanding of promo, returns, and distributor accounting.
✅Strong reconciliation and issue-resolution skills.
✅Strong Excel and reporting capability.
✅Ability to handle high-volume and complex transactions.
