IGT Solutions - Director of Sales


We launched in 1998 with a small team dedicated to enabling a better customer experience for a single client. What does it mean to be in a Vice President of Sales & Customer Success (DSCS) role at IGT Solutions?

As a Vice President of Sales & Customer Success you are the key to the development of long term successful relationships with prospects within your targeted industry that drive revenue growth and help industry leading brands compete locally and globally. You will work to find and develop new relationships with prospects promoting our extensive suite of omni-channel and digital solutions and you will be supported by a team of talented marketing, operations and solution development experts. You’ll have the opportunity to engage a portfolio that includes some of the world’s most valuable brands as you leverage your experience to engage with senior executives across North America and around the globe.



Responsibilities:

· Being a trusted advisor to potential clients, harnessing the resources and capabilities of IGT Solutions to provide BPO & Digital solutions that create real business value

· Requires aligning majority of the schedule to East Coast hours of operations

· Research targeted companies and develop a comprehensive sales strategy for identifying and acquiring new business within your assigned industry segment.

· Create account based selling plans with goals, key activities, and success measures including the supportive resources and tools needed to reach individual and organizational goals

· Leverage your own network to help build your pipeline and reduce the time to proficiency

· Meet quarterly and annual sales revenue goals

· Coordinate with internal teams necessary to develop presentations and proposals for client pursuits

· Host site visits for potential clients to our various locations as needed across the globe

· Lead the negotiation process for new contracts with prospective clients

· Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new clients to make sure the committed results are achieved and the client is a promoter of IGT Solutions

· Utilize various sales tools for the development and tracking of opportunities through the sales cycle including Salesforce and others

· Work closely with other sales team members to maintain a supportive team culture

· Partner with the marketing team to support demand generation efforts and events

· Travel as needed to participate in industry specific conferences to generate new opportunities



Requirements:

· You don’t have to worry about the daily drive into the office. This is a remote work position but you will need an adequate space to work, sufficient Internet bandwidth and a quiet space with little to no background noise

· 5-7 years of very successful enterprise sales experience in the BPO or contact center space within the targeted industry

· Must have extensive experience selling and presenting to the highest-level decision-makers (C-level Executives)

· A very positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit (we’re building something special here) along with strong written and verbal language skills

· Tech-oriented with knowledge around contact centers, customer service, back-office operations and AI/ML

· Be a superstar salesperson who thrives in a global, collaborative, fast paced environment.

· Disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own and deliver strong results

· Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise.

· Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo and other sales-related tools is helpful

· Excellent team building, sales, customer service and interpersonal skills

· Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, conferences, client site visits and more.
