Job Summary
To drive growth and secure new business opportunities for EEI. An ideal candidate shall possess a technical background in construction, excellent analytical skills, and willingness to learn about bid preparation and project costing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives/consultants throughout the business development and bidding process.
- Identify and research new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid review meetings and presentations with clients as necessary.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements thoroughly.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information relevant to bid preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, estimators, and engineers, to gather necessary information for bid preparation
- Review preliminary contract terms and prepare qualifications in alignment with company standard
- Analyze project risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance competitiveness.

Educational Attainment :
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably BSCE Licensed Civil Engineer
