The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented TikTok Recovery Manager to lead and execute recovery operations within TikTok Shop. This role is responsible for managing high-volume ticket resolution, identifying revenue recovery opportunities, and ensuring timely resolution of platform related issues. As an early team member, you will play a key role in building processes and, over time, will grow into a leadership position managing a team of 4–5 specialists.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Recovery & Ticket Management
• Handle 150–200 tickets per day related to TikTok Shop issues (refunds, discrepancies, account issues, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve cases efficiently while maintaining high accuracy
• Work within TikTok systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues
• Identify trends and recurring issues impacting recovery performance
Revenue Recovery & Optimization
• Proactively identify opportunities to recover lost revenue for clients
• Ensure all eligible claims, disputes, and recoveries are properly submitted and tracked
• Maintain accurate documentation of recovery cases and outcomes
Process Development (Startup Environment)
• Help build and refine internal workflows, SOPs, and tracking systems
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and recovery rates
• Contribute to scaling operations as the company grows
Team Leadership (Growth Path)
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Transition into managing a team of 4–5 recovery specialists
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
• Provide coaching and quality control oversight
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
• Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce operations, or platform support preferred
• Strong ability to manage high-volume, repetitive workflows with accuracy
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong written communication skills
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling disputes, claims, or recovery processes (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, etc.)
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
• Prior leadership or team management experience (or readiness to grow into it)
