This is a remote position.

Job Highlights :

Contract : Independent Contractor
Permanent work from home
Monday to Friday
8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm AEST (6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM PHT)
HMO Coverage for eligible locations

Responsibilities :

Actively seek out and establish relationships with new lending partners in Australia through cold calling, identifying potential partners, initiating contact, and negotiating partnership agreements

Source leads and engage in broker partnerships to expand the company's network

Oversee and maintain relationships with our existing network of partners, with the goal of expanding to a larger network

Facilitate the setup of referral agreements and assist in potential system integrations (this role requires a non-technical approach but demands an understanding of the basic technical aspects of system integration)

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing all aspects of communication, including regular updates, resolving issues, and booking video meetings with brokers

Engage in mortgage broking activities as needed

Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, business development, mortgage broking, or a related field

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong personality for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships

Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

Ability to source leads and engage in broker partnerships

Willingness and ability to work according to Sydney time zone

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
