Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented TikTok Ad Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in paid social campaign execution. The role involves campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, and performance reporting while ensuring adherence to defined processes and timelines.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Social Media & Ad Operations Expertise
● 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in TikTok paid social ad operations, including campaign trafficking, basic troubleshooting, audience creation and reporting.
● Strong experience with audience creation & targeting, including prospecting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
● Well-versed in pixel setup, conversion event configuration, UTM creation, and campaign pacing settings.
● Set up digital media campaigns in TikTok Ads
● Review trafficking sheets and accurately upload, assign, and QA ads within the correct campaigns, adsets, and timelines.
● Thoroughly analyze campaign briefs and execute requests in line with defined SOPs, processes, and best practices.
● Should have ability or experience in troubleshooting Campaign or Ad Delivery issues, Pixel tracking
● Experienced in preparing standard or pre-defined Campaign reports with performance used for regular updates to internal and client stakeholders.
● Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Campaign Managers or AMs or Team Lead to resolve execution-related requests in a timely manner.
Tools / Hard Skills:
● Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager for Creating Campaigns, Audience, Edit existing Ads / Campaigns, Creating different type of Ads, Reporting and Troubleshooting
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, pivot charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
● Basic understanding of tracking concepts, pixels, events, and attribution.
Soft Skills:
● Exceptional attention to detail with a strong habit of self-QA before delivery.
● Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively.
● Ability to ask clarifying questions early to avoid delays or rework.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills; receptive to feedback and quick to act on it.
● Solid analytical and logical reasoning skills to manage daily operational deliverables.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php72,000.00 per month
