Key Responsibilities / Mga Pangunahing Responsibilidad HR Planning & Execution Timely and high-quality implementation of HR plans, projects, and policy enforcement from HQ and regional shared service centers. Pagpapatupad nang maaga at may kalidad ng mga plano, proyekto, at patakaran ng HR mula sa Headquarters at rehiyonal na shared service centers. Recruitment & Staffing Independently develop and leverage multiple recruitment channels to ensure headcount targets are met and workforce structure remains healthy and balanced. Mag-isa ring bumuo at gamitin ang iba’t ibang kanal ng pag-recruit upang matiyak na natutugunan ang target na bilang ng empleyado at ang estruktura ng lakas-paggawa ay malusog at balansado. Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvement From an HR perspective, conduct analysis and research to identify pain points and deliver actionable improvement proposals that support departmental cost reduction and operational efficiency. Mula sa pananaw ng HR, mag-analyze at mag-research upang tukuyin ang mga problema, at magbigay ng mga praktikal na mungkahi para sa pagbawas ng gastos at pagpapabuti ng epekibilidad ng operasyon. Talent Pipeline Development Collaborate with department managers, operations training teams, and regional OD (Organization Development) to build and sustain a robust talent pipeline within the department. Magtulungan sa mga manager ng departamento, koponan ng pagsasanay sa operasyon, at rehiyonal na OD upang lumikha at pangalagaan ang isang matibay na talent pipeline sa loob ng departamento. Vendor Management Oversee and coordinate labor outsourcing vendors to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Pangasiwaan at i-coordinate ang mga vendor ng labor outsourcing upang masiguro ang kalidad ng serbisyo, pagsunod sa batas, at kahusayan sa gastos. Employee Care & Engagement Systematically plan and execute department-level cultural activities and employee care initiatives to enhance morale and retention. University Partnerships Independently identify, visit, and sign MOUs with educational institutions; manage end-to-end intern programs—including onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and care. Team Development Continuously develop HR team members’ capabilities to support the high-speed operation of business units. Patuloy na paunlarin ang kakayahan ng mga miyembro ng HR team upang suportahan ang mabilis na operasyon ng mga business unit. Qualifications / Kwalipikasyon Education & Experience Associate degree or higher; minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP or business-facing HR role. Preference given to candidates with logistics industry background or overseas work experience. Diploma sa kolehiyo o mataas pa; hindi bababa sa 3 taong karanasan bilang HR Business Partner o HR na direktang nakikipagtrabaho sa negosyo. Pinapayagang may background sa industriya ng logistics o karanasan sa ibang bansa. Legal Compliance Proficient in local labor laws and regulations; capable of independently handling labor disputes and litigation. Mahusay sa lokal na batas at regulasyon sa trabaho; kakayang mag-manage nang mag-isa ng mga usaping pang-trabaho at kaso sa hukuman. HR Functional Expertise Strong knowledge in at least two of the following HR modules: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Organizational Culture, Learning & Development. Malakas na kaalaman sa hindi bababa sa dalawang sumusunod na larangan ng HR: Pag-recruit, Relasyon sa Empleyado, Kultura ng Organisasyon, at Pag-aaral/Pagsasanay. Core Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly proactive, resilient under pressure, logical thinker, self-driven, and accountable for results. Napakahusay na kakayahan sa komunikasyon at pakikipag-usap; napakahusay sa pagiging aktibo, matatag sa ilalim ng presyon, may malinaw na pag-iisip, sariling nag-uudyok, at responsable sa resulta. Language Proficiency Fluent in both English and Chinese; able to use either as working language (required for overseas positions). Mahusay sa Ingles at Tsino; kakayang gamitin ang alinman sa dalawa bilang wika sa trabaho (kinakailangan para sa mga posisyong overseas).
