Arch Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Remote Dispatcher to support our field operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and coordination between clients, field technicians, and internal departments.

Remote Work Requirements (Mandatory)
Because this is a fully remote operational role, candidates must meet the following minimum technical standards:
- Strong and stable high-speed internet connection (hardwired preferred)
- Backup internet solution required (mobile hotspot, secondary ISP, or equivalent)
- Reliable power backup recommended (UPS battery backup preferred)
- Multiple monitors (dual-screen setup minimum required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional client communication
- Ability to remain fully connected and available for the entire assigned shift without interruptions
- Must be reachable and responsive during scheduled working hours
Job Summary Overview
The Dispatcher will be responsible for responding to emails and calls, logging all communication, coordinating field technician schedules, and ensuring accurate workflow across all service management systems (FSM tickets).
They will act as the communication bridge between clients, technicians, and internal departments while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism at all times.
This role also serves as a backup support for estimates and invoicing when required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform scheduling, dispatching, and routing for field technicians
- Log all incoming emails, calls, and dispatch communications accurately
- Maintain and update FSM tickets with complete accuracy and timeliness
- Relay work order changes to technicians and internal teams
- Verify completion of service tickets and ensure proper closeout procedures
- Manage and maintain the Info Email inbox and response tracking
- Ensure all required verification processes are completed across platforms
- Prepare and submit Drive Time & Mileage reports (due Wednesday mornings to payroll)
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling and file documentation
- Act as backup support for estimates and invoicing processes
- Serve as liaison between clients and technicians for scheduling and service updates
- Communicate consistently with management and field technicians regarding job status updates
- Report client concerns, complaints, or escalations to supervisor or CEO
- Provide End-of-Day (EOD) operational reports daily
- Support continuous improvement of dispatch workflow and scheduling efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations
