Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial reports
  • Coordinate with the finance team on invoices, reimbursements, and basic financial documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of key deliverables
  • Organize company events, meetings, and executive briefings
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
