We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused M365 Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and troubleshooting technical issues across core M365 applications. You will provide end-user support, resolve escalated incidents, assist with system administration, and contribute to service and process improvements.
📍 Location: Taguig, Philippines

What You'll Do:
🛠️ Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 services
🔍 Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and escalated customer issues
👨💻 Perform user and group administration, security permissions, system configurations, and related administrative tasks
🤝 Collaborate with Service Desk, IT teams, vendors, and other support groups to identify root causes and resolve complex issues
🚨 Support Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities when required
📚 Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures
📈 Contribute to service improvements, process enhancements, customer engagement, onboarding, and reporting
⏱️ Maintain accurate ticket records, timesheets, and personal KPI performance
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and applications
✅ Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
✅ Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
✅ Windows 10 desktop support experience is desirable
✅ Good understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management practices
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams
