As OPPM Sr. Specialist, you will manage the company’s operational planning and performance measurement processes and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Operational Planning and Performance Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Strategic & Operational Planning: Support strategic planning, facilitate operational planning, align Tier 2 Objectives, Measures, Targets, and Initiatives (OMTI), and guide portfolio prioritization.
• Performance Management & Reporting: Implement performance management systems, consolidate reports for management meetings, maintain KPIs, and design reporting templates.
• Capability Building & Innovation: Provide Balanced Scorecard training, identify process improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure conformance with ISO standards, protect information assets, and maintain confidentiality.

What You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years in corporate planning and performance management.
• Skills: Analytical, strong communicator, presentation and training capabilities, interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with Balanced Scorecard, performance management systems, or operations excellence tools.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Balanced Scorecard) are a plus.
