Job description
As a Sales Associate at Volvo Cars Makati, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales by cultivating strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a premium customer experience.
About the opportunity
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service through expert guidance on available models and features, ensuring a personalized and satisfying buying experience tailored to individual preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized showroom environment.
Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in sales for at least a year
- Experience in the automotive industry or with any luxury brand is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Preferably with a valid driver's license
