About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Enterprise Resilience team you will work with dedicated professionals across Business Continuity Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management teams to ensure Citco can continue business operations in adverse conditions as well as stay at the top of our industry with certifications and regulatory compliance covering resilience worldwide.

Our team consists of well-rounded personable staff who handle all sorts of requests related to Business Continuity Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management. We interface with all Citco businesses locations and teams and therefore have a wealth of knowledge about the company making us a very valuable asset to the company.

We have recently achieved SOC 2 Type 2 and are looking to add all controls covering ISO 22301. We are also compliant with ISO 27001. We have so many requests for information that come to us that we need assistance streamlining the way we deliver reports and data. This role is crucial to developing more automation making data more readily available for those who request it and training those in the company who manage client relationships and typically are requesting our program information.

Responsibilities

• The Enterprise Resilience (ER) Program is underway with a certification for ISO 22301. This role will be responsible for obtaining and managing evidence required for both the internal and external audit and facilitating the certification process alongside the Risk & Control team.
• Determining program reporting metrics and having the skills to make them presentable. Using software to pull reports and learning our software called Fusion which operates on a SalesForce platform.
• Responsible for the oversight of standard business continuity and disaster recovery compliance tasks. This includes responding to internal and external audit requests and client audits/ due diligence requests. Managing calendars for such requests and creating efficiencies in the processes.
• Maintaining and updating external facing documentation and ensuring it is posted on SharePoint and available via our online request form.
• Maintains audit workload and calendar.
• Implements improvements for handling the high volume of requests for reporting.
• Responsible for reporting on key risk indicators and key performance indicators of the business continuity management program.
• Reporting on metrics related to customer queries and audits as well as general program reporting dashboards including maintenance of data on SharePoint portals.
• Coordinates and represents the ER team for all as a right hand to the SEVP of ER for all executive reporting needs.
• All reporting: Executive reports bulletins board presentations client documentation.
• Represent the program delivering presentations and answering questions during client and regulatory meetings.
• Contributes to the Crisis Management program development.
• With minimal guidance assists the ER team with the identification of risks prior to audits and throughout the year.
• Contributes to major program milestones such as DR tests with the rest of the BCM team. May require 3-4 Saturdays a year.
• Development of projects and programs to improve compliance for the company. May complete similar tasks for vendor continuity.
• Will contribute to the evaluation of testing protocols each year in response to personnel changes etc.
• Planning execution and post-implementation activities for projects within the Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery team
• Development and regular review of BCP and DR and documentation. Documentation is an important part of the position.
• Maintenance and update of SharePoint portals including data archival.
• Should be able to operate in Fusion and create a reporting dashboard.
• Utilization of online IT service and support tools to search and create Change Orders Request tickets and company-wide notifications.
• Professional email and phone communication with teams across many countries and time zones including scheduling and leading conference calls.
• One direct report.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelors degree or equivalent; a certification in BCP/DR preferred.

• You have a deep understanding of BCP and DR with applicable leadership and minimum 5 experience in a BCP/DR or audit leadership position for a global company.

• You have experience with certifications covering Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery experience.

• You have previous audit experience whether as the auditor or program manager being audited.

• You have corporate leadership and decision-making skills.

• Effective and professional business writing skills.

• You are reliable outside of regular business hours to lead and participate in client meetings or emergency events.

• Familiarity with ISO 22301; experience going through certification preferred.

• You have an understanding of IT concepts and general technologies.

• You have experience leading conference calls with business executives and IT staff.

• You have experience using SalesForce platform (a plus).

• You have experience using OnSolve and/or Crisis 24 (a plus).

• You have experience using Fusion Risk Management BCP software (a plus).

• You have proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint.

• You have proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• You have complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• You have excellent communication and documentation skills.

• You have experience establishing a program office creating efficiencies making process improvements and directing activities.

• You have Project Management Experience and Skills: You are organized and able to keep track of many tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work according to deadlines.

• You have availability and willingness to travel occasionally for business.
