Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Senior Specialist to act as platform owner for Marketing Cloud Next, driving journey architecture, personalization strategy, and measurement frameworks across high-scale customer engagement programs.
This role blends strategic marketing ownership with deep Marketing Cloud execution and works closely with Data 360, Agentforce, and analytics teams to deliver agent-influenced, data-driven, full-funnel marketing journeys.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating between business stakeholders and technical teams, owns outcomes (not just builds campaigns), and has experience scaling Marketing Cloud platforms in complex environments.
