Social Media Associate


Role Overview:

The Social Media Assistant provides the "engine room" support for the Editor. This role is focused on high-volume production, technical execution, and the logistical side of our social presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Production: Create daily layouts, and IG Story frames using Canva adhering strictly to Tatler’s brand guidelines.
  • Event Support: Attend events alongside the Editor to capture "behind-the-scenes" (BTS) footage and upload real-time updates (Stories).
  • Paid Content Execution: Build and monitor commercial executions and ensure all paid assets are formatted correctly.
  • Drafting & Posting: Build reels from raw footage and draft captions for the Editor’s final approval.
  • Community Management: Handle the heavy lifting of daily engagement, filtering comments, tagging brands/talent, and organizing the DM inbox.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Canva and mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot).
  • Extreme attention to detail (tagging the correct handles, flawless spelling).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours for evening event coverage.
