Reports to: Sr. Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary: Responsible for 24/7/365 monitoring and first-level troubleshooting of all incidents, maintenance, and upgrades related to casino systems, networks, and monitored services. The role includes responding to user requests and incidents within pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating as needed, and supporting issue resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactive and reactive monitoring of applications and infrastructure services
Provide accurate information and timely analysis of incidents and escalations
Offer IT support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation for incidents, maintenance, and upgrades
Track and manage trouble tickets and requests until full resolution
Maintain updated inventory and records of applications and services
Conduct incident and problem management by analyzing trends and resolution effectiveness
Identify areas for service improvement, monitor test fixes, and ensure issue closure
Generate periodic statistical and trend reports for management
Qualifications/ Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience/Skills:
Preferably 1–2 years in application and infrastructure support
