Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager – Philippines will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager (Southeast Asia) and marketing team to identify, develop, and execute international student recruitment and business development strategies in the Philippines.
This role is critical in building and managing a high-performing agent network while ensuring compliance with Australian international education and visa requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and grow agent partnerships across the Philippines market
- Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting
- Lead commercial discussions and agent agreements aligned with growth objectives
- Conduct market research and contribute to strategic development initiatives
- Organise briefings, training sessions, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with budget controls and report variances monthly
- Deliver consistent results aligned with business forecasts and objectives
About You
We are looking for someone with:
🎓 Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field
🌏 Strong knowledge of the Philippines education market
📈 Proven experience in international student recruitment and agent management
🤝 Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
🎯 Experience in executing recruitment campaigns and conversion strategies
🇦🇺 Understanding of Australian higher education and student visa processes
