Account Officer

Job Mandate:

This position is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met. Strong interpersonal skills with a high capacity to liaise with various external and internal offices. Demonstrated ability to plan and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Must be detail oriented with superior follow through capabilities. Highly customer-focused and results-oriented. Must have influence and negotiation skills. Must demonstrate strong problem solving approach. Willing to work long hours and to travel in different locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.

• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met. To ensure that each accredited institution is regularly visited for marketing and maintenance.

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.

• Responsible for handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

• Monitor and provides regular department reports and forms according to standard process.

• Will do profiling of clients for each Accredited non other Government Institution.

• Coordinate and works with the AOs to successfully accredit all potential Other Government Institution.

• Close coordination with billing and collections team to maintain acceptable monthly collections rate

• Other instructions/task delegated by ASH / Management.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a college/university majoring in Marketing or Business administration (preferably)

• Preferably With sales experience (strategic selling and negotiating skills)

• Familiarity in Salary Loan products and process.

• Above average sales and marketing competencies especially in working with various types of products and services

• Excellent sales or marketing presentation and/or skills with broad range of internal and external customers
