Your Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs.
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations based on business requirements.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Apply advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and formulas, for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure accurate delivery of data outputs.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and analytical outputs.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Experience in building or maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI.
- Exposure to data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Ability to interpret business requirements into clear reporting outputs.
- Experience in reporting, MIS, or analytics environments.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ability to extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data.
- Knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- SQL experience for data extraction and reporting support.
- Exposure to BI reporting environments or data warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
