Job title: Business Operations Support Advisor (Procure to Pay Process)
Job Type: 5 days Onsite, Carmona, Cavite
Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM PH time
Job Summary
Manage pay-to-process (P2P) related matters. Owns co ordination and consolidation of budget and forecast data, provide commitment tracking reporting to support operations teams, and ad hoc duties requiring skill and considerable judgement.

Requirements:
· Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 3 years of related experience.
· Experience in a shared services, data center, or operational support environment is a strong advantage.
· Prior experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement,Operations)
· Experience in FP&A support, especially in budgeting, forecasting, or spend tracking.
· Familiarity with planning/reporting tools.
· Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) or data tools.
