In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in leading and optimizing logistics operations, managing the Philippines-based logistics team, and ensuring efficient processes, strong performance, and seamless collaboration across teams — contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage the Philippines-based HelloConnect Logistics team, including task delegation, training, onboarding, and team engagement activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards across the team
• Develop, maintain, and monitor daily task checklists to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently
• Conduct performance reviews and support recruitment and hiring initiatives for the team
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), while identifying opportunities for process improvements and proactively addressing challenges
• Provide reporting and analysis support to the HelloFresh Inbound Logistics team, ensuring coverage during peak periods and team absences
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and execute regular team engagement and team-building activities for the Philippines-based HelloConnect team
• Remain highly flexible and provide coverage as an Inbound Coordinator during vacations, emergencies, or business-critical situations
• Manage and lead remote teams effectively, with preference for candidates who have experience working with offshore teams and remote work environments
• Maintain flexibility with work schedules, including the requirement to work one weekend day each week (e.g., Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday). The Team Lead must remain open to future schedule adjustments as needed by the business.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably within the food or CPG industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently while managing and tracking multiple processes effectively
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, processes, and decisions both verbally and in writing
• A process-driven mindset, with a focus on documentation and the use of structured workflows and checklists
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage, support, and develop team members
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the initiative to identify opportunities and drive improvements
